Returns & Adjustments Policy


All CLUBhair orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia via trusted carriers. Please review the full breakdown below:

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • Shipping Time: After processing, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Business Days: We ship Monday through Friday only. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

  • Sales & High Volume: During sales, please allow up to 7 business days for processing due to order volume—but we always work quickly to get your hair to you fast and discreetly.

  • Signature Required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email. If there’s no movement within 48 hours, email us at hello@theclubhair.com so we can look into it.

We’ll review your claim and do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Claims made after 48 hours or without proper documentation may not be eligible for resolution.
