We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please be sure to read product details carefully before purchasing.

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or receiving the wrong item), you must contact us at hello@theclubhair.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos so our team can review and assist.
